Inez Philpot Dickey , 80, passed away on June 15, 2013 in Pearland, Texas. She was born to William and Cornelia Philpot on September 18, 1932 in Manchester, Kentucky. Inez is preceded in death by her parents, sisters, Nelle Patton and Birdie Reeder, brother, Bill Philpot and beloved daughter, Debbie Ann Dickey. Surviving Inez is her loving husband of 62 years Jim Dickey, sons, Jim Dickey Jr. and wife, Sheila and Darrell Ray Dickey and wife, Tory; grandchildren, Josh, Jeremy and Meredith Dickey; sisters, Lois Zinnecker and Betty Brown and numerous nieces and nephews. Family and friends are cordially invited to a visitation on Friday, June 21, 2013 at Forest Park Lawndale from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm. Funeral services will follow the next day, Saturday, June 22, 2013 at 10:00 am in the Main Chapel of Forest Park Lawndale. Interment will immediately follow services.
