Jackie is preceded in death by his parents, 2 sisters, his beloved in laws and his great grandson Ty.
He is survived by his loving wife, Sandra of 57 years; daughter, Janet Jorgenson and husband, Sammy; son, Mike and wife, La Breeksa; 4 grandchildren, Joshua, Diane, Clarence Michael and Dewayne; sister, Carolyn and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
A visitation for Jackie will be held Thursday, January 13, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home, 6900 Lawndale Street, Houston, TX 77023.
