Baby Jacob was survived by his parents, Joshua Guerrero and Candice Ledesma; brother, Parker Anthony Yett; maternal grandparents, Roy and Marta Ledesma; paternal grandparents, Alfred and Frances Guerrero; aunts, Narcy Rodriguez and husband Antonio Garcia, Monica Guerrero and fiancé Chris Langston, and Marisa Guerrero; uncle, Joseph Guerrero and wife Susana Tapia; and other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held 9:30 a.m. to 10:45 a.m., Saturday, April 8, 2017 in the Chapel of Earthman Resthaven, 13102 North Freeway, Houston, Texas 77060. Interment will follow at Earthman Resthaven Cemetery.
