James A Cone, 70, of Houston passed away August 5, 2016. He was born November 11, 1945. James was preceded in death by his mother, Halmena Cone; his father Woodrow Cone. He graduated from a Lutheran High School and obtained his degree from Sam Houston State University. With a degree in finance, James had a career as a loan officer at Chase Bank for many years.
