James was born to James William Hall and Connie Lewallen Van Kleeck. He graduated from University of Richmond, received a Master’s Degree in Business. James worked as an Executive Materials Manager for Gulfstream Aerospace in Savanah Georgia. He was also involved with Peace Lutheran Church (Rosenberg, TX). He enjoyed vehicles of all kind.

A funeral service will occur Wednesday, January 19, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, 6900 Lawndale Street, Houston, TX 77023. A committal service will occur Wednesday, January 19, 2022 at 12:00 PM at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery, 6900 Lawndale Street, Houston, TX 77023.
