Jason is preceded in death by his brother John Sebastian Ruiz.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife Rhonda Ruiz, his three children Brandon, Sebastian, and Isabella Ruiz, his parents John Ray and Olga (Herrera) Ruiz, and numerous extended family members.
Visitation will be held Thursday, February 15, 2018 at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home from 5:00pm to 9:00pm. Funeral services will be the following day, Friday, February 16, 2018, at 10:30am in the Chapel of Angels at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home. Interment will immediately follow at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery.
