Jean Marie was born to Earl and June, April 27, 1956 in Nueces County, Texas. She was a wonderful homemaker to her husband, William and doting mother to her son, Daniel. In her past time she enjoyed bookkeeping, needlework and loved dogs.
She is survived by her son, Daniel Earl Smyre; her two brothers and caring friends, Monica, Rena and Terri.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Guy Smyre; mother, June Elizabeth Cook Teague; father, Leonard Earl Teague and four sisters.
A visitation for Jean will be held Tuesday, February 8, 2022 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home, 6900 Lawndale Street, Houston, TX 77023. A funeral service will occur Tuesday, February 8, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, 6900 Lawndale Street, Houston, TX 77023. A committal service will occur Tuesday, February 8, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery, 6900 Lawndale Street, Houston, TX 77023.
