OBITUARY
Jerome Ronald Brinkley
March 13, 1961 – December 13, 2020
Jerome Brinkley was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on March 13, 1964. He passed away on December 13, 2020 in Seattle, Washington. Jerome attended St. Elizabeth Catholic School and Benjamin Franklin High School, class of 83. After graduating from High school, Jerome joined the Army and served for 6 years before he was honorably discharged in 1989. He was of the Catholic faith and enjoyed reading, writing, practicing martial arts, playing various instruments, and being a strong presence in his community.
His wonderful life will be cherished by his children; Auryanna Williams, Malcolm Brinkley and Marcus Brinkley, parents Ronald and Florence Brinkley, his sister Theresa Victoria Brinkley and his two nephews Jamaal Johnson and Dean Jordan, close cousin Victoria Bostic-Smith, his grandchildren Imani Johnson, Mackenzie Brinkley, Jaylen Brinkley, Princeton Brinkley, and Zion Joseph and longtime friend Ms. Lou Williams and mother of his children Christine Tatum. Also, a host of family and friends. The inurnment service is scheduled for Wednesday, February 24, 2021, 1:15 PM at Houston National Cemetery.
Jerome was loved by many and so he will be missed in the same fashion. He touched and changed many lives that he knew.
