He is survived by his wife, Stacey Johnson; daughter, Chance Polak; parents, Carolyn & Robert Soper; brother, Randall Hoosier.
A celebration of life for Jerry will be held Saturday, January 21, 2023 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Spaghetti Western Italian Cafe, 1608 Shepherd Dr., Houston, TX 77007. Please dress in casual attire. Your favorite band t-shirt and jeans are encouraged!
