Even though he worked from sun up to way past sun down he always, always made time to spend with his family. Taking them on numerous vacations to various destinations. He would also take his sons to a wide variety of sporting events from Astros games in the Astrodome/Minute Maid Park, wrestling matches in the Sam Houston Coliseum, Rockets games in the Summit/Toyota Center, NHRA events in Baytown, Monster Truck/Supercross/Destruction Derby in the Astrodome and many, many more.

Having accepted Christ as his Savior many, many, years ago he was a steadfast and faithful Christian.
