

Jesus was born to Maria Luisa Sandoval in Pharr, TX, February 7th, 1947. He spent his childhood growing up in the small area of Guadalupe, Nuevo Leon Mexico, up until moving to Port Isabel, TX, and finally to Houston, TX, where he met his wife Aurelia Lila Carrizales. They married December 18th, 1970, and lived together in Houston, TX. Together they raised 4 children.
He is survived by his wife Aurelia Lila, children, Juan Jesus, Luis Eduardo, Carlos Ernesto, and Edna Jazmin; grandchildren, Jacob Cain, Eduardo Miguel, Christopher Stephen, Xitlali Araceli, Joshua Lozano, Andrew Michael, Gage Eric, Javier Marcelino, Thomas Ken, and Stella Marie; Cousins, Francisca Camacho, and Guadalupe Sandoval.
He was preceded in death by his aunt, Maria Sandoval; uncle, Vicente Sandoval and his mother, Maria Luisa Sandoval.
Jesus worked 45 years of his life as a roofer. He worked for Rodriguez Roofing for 20 years, then worked for Elder Roofing Systems. Before retiring at the age of 64, he worked for Peak Roofing. Jesus was a hard-working husband and father, and there was nothing he wouldn’t do for his children. During his retirement years, he enjoyed the fruits of his labor spending time at home and with his wife and grandchildren who called him their “Bappo.” He also enjoyed listening to oldies music.
Funeral Services are scheduled for Monday, November 15th, 2021, starting with the viewing at 1:00 pm, service at 2:00 pm. Burial immediately following the services.
