I miss you Grandpa, I'll hold your memories in my heart always!

Dad every day that passes by I miss you more and more. It so hard to say good bye and let you go. The only peace I have is to know and believe that one day I will see you again. You left us so many memories that we will for ever cherish.I will continue to teach your great grand son the memories of you, the songs, and stories you shared with us. I will do the same with your future grandchildren as long as God allows me to. I wish so bad to go back in time and hug you just one more time. Watch over us from heaven daddy! My heartaches with each of  you and feel your pain! I wish I could take it away but all I can do is be there for you all. Whatever you all need please count on me and John and my boys. We love each of you and have come to call you all brothers and sisters. Your daddy was so loved by many. He was funny, loving, caring, strong, crazy about his wife, loved music, a great cook, patient to put up with crazy beautiful teen girls, church going, and above all showed all of us the power of love! He also showed me the power of his belt! Lol (inside family joke) Thank you for including me in your beautiful family and being there for me through my teenage years, being a teen mommy, helping me raise my little boy at a young age, and giving me the love I needed to push through life's struggles! I am honored to have so many shared memories of your daddy and grandpa! Mama Tristan called me out as many of you witnessed and that made me feel bad but i am always a phone call away and can be included in helping out with her at anytime! Love you all! Get rest and may our Lord help each of you find peace!

To my friends, AJ, Alma, Isaac and Anna. I am so truly sorry for your loss. I know there are no words that can take away the pain that your heart's feel right now, comfort now comes in the memories that you have of your father. I can't even begin to express my appreciation and grattitude towards him. I was honored to have known him. Your father was a good man, who not only cared about his children, but their friends too. I will always cherish the memories of your father cooking dinner and talking to me and trying to teach me how to cook. It brings a smile to my face, the memory of your dad seeing me and him saying oh no, your here again?! And what? You are hungry? You are always hungry! It was funny because I was ALWAYS there every day, and he always had something for me to eat. He was funny and had so much to say, but he was very caring and I am so very thankful for everything that he did for me. There is not a day that goes by that I don't thank God for your parents that is from the bottom of my heart.They cared, both of them when no one else did.

Anna I'm so very sorry for the loss you and your family have endured. Losing a loved one is never easy, it's the most heart wrenching pain your heart will ever feel. Just know your dad is happy and pain free. He's with our creator of the earth. I pray you and your family will find comfort in our lord and will get peace.
