Jimmy H Peralez

Jimmy H. Peralez, 61, passed away peacefully after a long illness on Sunday, December 6, 2015. Jimmy was born August 12, 1954 in Houston, Texas. He is survived by his wife, Laura Peralez; daughter, Sandra Gomez & her husband Frederico Gomez; two sons, Jimmie Peralez, Jr & his wife Monica and Philip Peralez & wife Tirzah Juarez; step-daughter, Veronica Garza; granddaughters, Gabrielle Gomez, Mary Gomez, Victoria Gomez, Jaqueline Gomez, Kaydence Peralez; two grandsons, Jimmie Peralez III, Julian Peralez; one step-grandson Rueben Escobedo; one great great granddaughter, Leah Renee Charles; mother, Caroline Peralez; two brothers, Armando Peralez & his wife Brandie and David Peralez & his wife Karen; his in-laws, Manuel & Elvira Amaro; sister-in-law, Gloria Garcia; brother-in-law, Michael Amaro and several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.

Besides his profession as a mechanic, Jimmy enjoyed many hobbies that included music, drums, fishing, cooking on the grill barbecue, even origami and carpentry. Jim liked working with his hands and was very passionate in everything he did. This world won’t be the same without him.

The family will receive friends Thursday, December 10, 2015 from 5:00 to 8:00 pm at Earthman Resthaven Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Friday, December 11, 2015 at 2:00 pm in the chapel of Earthman Resthaven Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Earthman Resthaven Cemetery. The family would like to extend an invitation to Lindale Assembly of God 503 Reid St Houston, TX 77022 for the Reception following the Interment from 4:00 to 6:00 pm.
