

She was raised by her aunt Polly but was very close to her father Pete. Her cousin Janet was like her little sister.
She moved to Texas in 1955 to get to know her mother Josephine and sisters Joyce and Molly and was soon introduced to her future husband Johnnie Jack Green. They married August 2, 1956 and remained for 61 years until Johnnie's passing.
Being a homemaker and mother were what she excelled at. Her children and grandchildren were her treasures not worldly goods. JoAnn always had a smile, kind words, and love for all she met.
Her love for Jesus Christ was evident to her family and friends. She was a prayer warrior and a prayer partner to and for her children.
JoAnn is preceded in death by her parents Josephine Wesche and Pete Stupin; her husband Johnnie Green; daughter Martha Havemann and sisters Joyce Martin and Molly Stuart.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Carol and Curtis Parr; son-in-law, Chris Havemann; son and daughter-in-law, Johnny and Deniece Green; son, James Green; cousins, Janet and Don Andersen; Grandchildren, Lindsey Parr, Joshua Parr, Jason Havemann, Jared Havemann, Zachary Green, Courtney Green, Cheyenne Solomon, Sean Kay and Aaron Kay. Great grandchildren Brooklyn Scully, Zayden Solomon, Athena Solomon, Olivia Havemann, Wyatt Havemann, John Green, Ezekiel Green, Elijah Green and Numerous nieces and nephews.
