Joe H. Briones

Joe H Briones was born on January 11, 1931, and passed away on April 9, 2018 at the age of 87. He was preceded in death by his parents Catarino and Ella Briones, siblings Catarino Briones, Jr., Antonio Briones, Eddie Briones, Isabell Quesada, Guadalupe Martinez, and Janie Davila.

Joe is survived by his wife Emily Briones, children Adam P. Briones and his wife Patricia, and Elizabeth Acosta, siblings Josephine Briones, and Margaret Olivares, grand children Nicholas Acosta, Alyssa Acosta, Alyssa N. Romero, and his great grandson Aiden Capelo.

He fought in the Korean war, loved to play his accordion, and had a special love for his grandchildren and great grandson. He will be deeply missed. Love you Dad!

Visitation will be on Thursday, April 12, 2018 from 6:00PM to 9:00PM at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be on Friday, April 13, 2018 at St. Patrick Catholic Church at 1:00PM. Interment will follow at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery.
