To one of the greatest uncle's a person could have, I will miss you with all my heart, I'm glad my family had the opportunity to meet a gentle giant, you may be gone but never forgotten I love you uncle joey..

It has been a week now since you left us. And not a day goes by that i still don't shed tears for you. Thank you for being our father and grandfather to all the kids. We'll always miss you. We'll never forget you, and will always love you.

Joe was one of the most intelligent, caring, thoughtful and selfless men I knew. He loved life, his family and friends and he was always there for any of them when needed. Joe, I learned a lot from you and my family and I will miss you!!

Joey loved to laugh.Even when he'd get a bit frustrated.  He would shake his head, then let out a giggle.  I can still hear his giggles.  He was always there when his adult children needed his help. In any way he could be. He will always be "Grandpa Joey" in my children's eyes. We shall always have loving memories. I was honored to have had the chance to be part of his life.

He truly was a great son, brother, father, grandfather and friend. My father was my rock. He truly showed me what strength was. He supported me in everything I did and I pray I made him proud.He gave his all everyday of his life. He never turned his back on anyone. Always so positive and happy and never a judgement against anyone. I can't remember a day he didn't have a smile on his face.  His grand kids were his greatest joy  and I know he is proud of all  they are becoming and have become and of their achievements. Thank you for always showing my kids your gift of love and strength.  We will always carry that with us and we will miss you always but never forget you. We love you!

I really didn't know him but he was a very kind man. You will be missed Joe.

I didn't really know Joey from talking to him, but he always had a smile on his face when I would see him sitting outside. I would drive up back to work and he would wave and always just looked so happy. I am very sorry that he had to leave so soon. My prayers are with the whole family.
