On March 4, 1965 a handsome baby boy was born to Howard and Wilma Woods in Houston, Texas. They named him John Fitzgerald Woods. John received his education at Booker T Washington High School. He worked for Metropolitan Transit Authority and later became an owner operator. John's parents, grandparents and sister preceded him in death. He leaves to cherish his memories: one son, John Fitzgerald Woods Jr., one sister, Felicia Woods-Pete (Anthony Pete) of Humble, Texas two brothers, Cedric Woods and Dedric Woods (Tijanna Cooks) of Houston, Texas; aunts Hattie, Doris, Justine, Ella Mae and Esther; his favorite uncle Richard Brown from Maryland; ten nephews, three nieces and host of cousins and other relatives and friends.
