Jose Juan Chapa Sr, 92, loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and great-great-grandfather was called home to be with our Lord on November 6, 2013. He will be greatly missed. Jose is preceded in death by his wife of 71 years, Guadalupe G. Chapa. He is survived by his Daughters, Leonila DuNaye, Rubia Salazr (husband Richard Salazar), Melvy Reyna, Lupita Eureste (husband Joe Eureste); son Jose Juan Chapa, Jr. (Wife Michelle Chapa) and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren , nieces, nephews and friends. Visiation will be 5-8:30pm with a rosary at 7pm on Friday, November 8, 2013 at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be 10am on Saturday, November 9, 2013 at St. Alphonsus Church, 9202 Manchester, with interment following in the Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery.
