Im truly saddened by this loss i worked for Joe he gave me my first real job. I was introduced to him by my brother Vincent Dever. Joe took a liking to me, we grew close over the years. He would make me laugh thru his Yankee humor. Lol. We show up to work and he'd be there coffee in hand. If you know Joe he talked with his finger lol. He'd call me over and we make the runs from job to job. He would tell me many stories about his life and taught many life lessons. This man was like a father to me. He has made a great impression on my life to which im very grateful. I could go on for days about Joe, he had a great way about him in his humor his work ethic and his attitude, he was a fighter. To the family of Joe my condolences you will be truly missed. So til we meet again rest in peace
