You know, I have to say, that this family will miss one of it's dearest members.   Our grandson, Justin, lost a huge piece of his heart & we will do everything we can to make sure that Joe remains a part of him, & all of us....  
   Joe & Debbie are a large part of us all & we're grateful for their example of fortitude, love & graciousness.  
   I cannot say how appreciative we ALL are (Myself, Wayne, Kori, Riley, Leslie, Bailey & Ellory), for the manner in which he touched our lives forever.  I know that whenever someone is gone, we all "glorify" them, however, in this case - I'm proud to have had him as a part of us.....  regardless.
  What a good soul - deep & REAL.

So sorry to hear this. My grade in school at Dallas Community and lived about a mile away out in the country, so spent a lot of time with Joe as kids from K-12. Commuted to school and football practices together. Can look out the window and see where his home growing up was.  A good childhood friend gone too soon.

Going to miss Joe. Have lots of memories growing up. Never forget when he got told to quit riding his bike in the yard where the puppies were. His comment was dog gone it. He was told if he didn’t quit, it was going to be dog gone it when he ran over one of them. Of course can never forget when he was just a little tyke getting potty trained and Sharon and I got tired of him pooping his pants. Aunt Barb was teaching him his name so we helped her by teaching him that his name was Joseph Keith poopy pants Boyer. Boy did we get in trouble for that one. Think he told someone at church that was his name. Joe and I had lots of good laughs about it over the years. Love you couz. Sure will miss you

Joe - Our chance meeting has changed the way I will look at what life has to offer. Thanks for giving me that perspective. I just wish we could have met under different circumstances. Rest in Peace.

Our family's used to be very close when I was young. We would all go out to the Boyers farm to see them from time to time.  Since Joe was the closest to my age I used to hang out with him.  He had an AFX track in his room and I loved to play that with him.  Joe was very kind and even years after he got this track  he would get it out for me and set it up whenever I came out with family to see him.  All the Boyer's are extremely good people but Joe had an extra quality about him and he really cared for friends and family.  Will also remember Joe for his kindness!  So sad to hear this news.  Our Prayers are with Joe and all his family.

Although he came into my life when I was 9, I will always consider him my dad. He taught me SO much about life. He was one of the most hard working people I knew. I’ve always been told he worked harder than people who were younger than him at work. I don’t know who I’m going to call now when something needs fixing. Rest In Peace Joe, you’ll be missed. 

When I first got to Corrpro in 2012 I was sent to a drill team. That team consisted of Dennis, Logan, and Joe. We spent many nights in no name towns across all of Texas. Joe was a hell of a man. Honest, respectful, and caring. He always worked hard and could out work many of the other guys despite being twice their age.  Rest easy Joe, you will be forever missed.
