A visitation will be held on Saturday, January 16, 2021 from 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM at Eagle Lake Funeral Home. He was born in Houston, TX on February 8, 1952. Grew up on Easy Street in the Englewood area of Houston. He worked in construction for many years. He developed a passion for music and worked as a DJ, was also actively involved in Southwest Trailride Association, Inc. Lloyd was one of the best horseman also known as a mule skinner. He also had a love for horses and a bond that was untouchable, he rode in the Wild Stallion Riding Club of Pearland, Tx, Wagon #6.
He is preceded in death of parents Henry and Lillian Lemaster, siblings Kenneth and Tommy, Thelma Covalt and Marie Garcia.
He is survived by children Trina Lemaster Garcia (German Garica), Lloyd Jr, Lisa (Carlos Asbury), grandchildren Miguel and Joe R Tovar, Joseph III, Kelly, and Audrey Lemaster, Lorna and Kylie Mace, Gage Asbury, greatgrandchild Harper Lemaster, siblings Robert Covalt (Rosemary), Henrietta Blake, Henry Lemaster Jr., Johnny Lemaster (Kathy), Lillian Lemaster Cook ( Joe), Michael Lemaster and Shirley Lemaster Nunez a host of nieces and nephews and other family and friends.
The family will receive friends on Friday, January 22, 2021 from 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 23, 2021 at 12:00 PM at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home in Houston, Texas. Pastor Cesar Martinez of Crossroads United Methodist Church will be officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery.
