Josephine “Josie” Cutaia, age 89, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, January 29, 2013. She was born October 20, 1923 in Houston, Texas. She was preceded in death by her husband, Sam Cutaia. They were married January 25, 1941. She is survived by her daughters: Mary Jo Ousley; Sarah Wagner and husband Benard; Martha Skains and husband Billy; and Carolyn Jackson. Also survived by 8 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren; brother, Joe Ferraro and wife Jean; and sister, Mary Cuccia. Josie was a warm, loving person who loved life and never met a stranger. She was a friend to everyone, who gave of herself unselfishly and was a blessing to everyone who had the priviledge to know her. She will be lovingly remembered by her cherished family and her many friends. Visitation will be held 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m, Thursday, January 31, 2013 at Earthman Resthaven Funeral Home with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. The Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be at 2:30 p.m., Friday, February 1, 2013 in the Chapel of Earthman Resthaven. Rite of Committal will follow at Earthman Resthaven Cemetery.
