There's my pretty Lady! Look at you girl- all prettied up!!!Momma J, I really miss our talks.  Our cutting up and laughing, being somewhat silly at times. The serious ones too of course. I learned alot listening to you. Pretty neat!
   I must confess, I swung by to bring in the trash cans the other day. Well, you weren't home so I am left to assume, since GOD gave you your wings, that you are taking full advantage of the opportunity!! Fly as high and as fast as you want to- and don't worry about your HAIR hahaha. Gosh I miss you terribly (Francis 😘)

I’ve  known you Joyce for almost 5 years. My mom lives far from me , so in those 5 years you treated me like a daughter and my daughter as your granddaughter and my granddaughter as a your own great granddaughter. Such a  sweet dear woman we love you Joyce and will dearly miss you.

Oh Mrs. Joyce, how Penelope and I are going to miss you. From the first moment I met you, you showed me kindness, warmth, and like I had known you forever and always been a part of your family. I’m going to miss hearing you voice on the phone asking how “Miss Penelope” is doing and how I need to watch out when she gets older. I know Penelope is going to miss playing with the basket of puppies at your house with you. She still asks about her Granny Joyce. And my lord, I’m going to miss you always making your famous banana pudding. You always made me my own little bowl to share with Penelope. We love you and will miss you so very much. Rest in paradise Granny Joyce. 🩷

My Beautiful best friend and Granny.  I miss you so much. Not being able to hear your sweet voice and giggle is so hard.  To go from daily talks with you to silence hurts. But I know you are happy now and I know you’re watching over all of us.  Your love and spirit live in us. You taught us how to love selflessly and to be the best person we can be and never give up. I cherish your words of wisdom you have instilled in me and never forget them. You were definitely one in a million and loved by so many. You touched so many people that you met or even ones you didn’t get the chance to meet except just through conversations. I will never stop loving you and I know I will see you again. Until then give my baby brother a hug tell uncle Pete, Grandpa, Mema and Papa duck we are all doing good and we love them too.

Joyce , my heart is crushed and will never be the same . You were my very best friend sister, mother ,and confident of 46 years .
