Joyce was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Clara Martin, her first husband, William Tolbert Coker, Jr. and her brother, Marshal Massey, Jr.. She is survived by a wonderful family, her husband, Keith Cummins; children, Debra Ramon and husband Joe, Beverly Scott, Joe Coker, Linda Frank and husband Doug; step-daughters, Julie Chavenka and Yvette Snead; sisters, JoAnn Townsend, Sherry Duncan and husband Jim, Julia Fitch; twelve grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren and many other loving family members and friends.
The family will receive friends at a visitation from 6:00pm until 8:00pm on Tuesday, May 31, 2011 at Waltrip Funeral Directors, 1415 Campbell Road, where funeral services will be conducted in the funeral home chapel at 2:00pm on Wednesday, June 1, 2011 with Reverend Dr. E. B. Beasley officiating.
After a procession to Woodlawn Garden of Memories for graveside services, a reception will be held at the V.F.W. Post #8790.
