Joyce Marie Kimball

Joyce was born to Howard Ray Phillips and Lena Murrel Phillips on November 1, 1931 in Dialville, TX. She attended Milby High School and then married Bryant Edward Kimball in 1949 and they lived together in Pasadena, TX. Together they raised 2 children.

She is survived by her daughter Diane Kimball. She also leaves to cherish her memory; her sisters, Wanda Jean Heard and Murrel Crosson Irigaray; her daughter-in-law, Mary Kimball, her granddaughters, Kysa Littlefield and her husband Steve, and Ashley Clements and her husband Jacob; her great grandchildren, Justin Littlefield and his wife Kailey, Collin Littlefield, Tara Stokely, Levi Clements and Harper Clements.

She was preceded in death by her husband Bryant Edward Kimball and her son Albert Ray Kimball.

Joyce was an active member of Memorial Baptist Church where she enjoyed fellowship with many friends. Although Joyce was without her sight for most of her life, she used her phone to stay in contact with her treasured friends and family.

A funeral service is scheduled for July 19, 2021 at 11:00 am, at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home. Public visitation begins at 10:30 am. Services will be officiated by Steve Littlefield, family member and Senior Pastor at Simonton Community Church. The family requests that in lieu of flowers donations be made to a personal charity or to one of the following charities special to her daughter, Diane Kimball: Habitat for Horses at www.habitatforhorses.org or Turtle Island Restoration Network at www.seaturtles.org. The family would like to thank Keila Tolbert for her care and dedication to Joyce in the final 2 years of her life.
