Judy Anne(Wilson) - (Williams) Helmer was born on August 30th,1941 in Houston, Texas to Elmer Mason Williams and Mary Belle Williams. Judy graduated from Sam Houston High School in 1960. After High School Judy attend Harris County Sheriff’s Academy- Houston, Texas A&M University (Polygraph Extension School) in Colleges Station, Texas. Judy had numeric jobs from what I know she was the First Woman to work Narcotics in Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department. -1969-1975 Helmer Polygraph Service- Conroe Texas 1976-1990 Charles Helmer Cabinets and Trim, Judy Helmer Cabinets and Trim and then She worked Security at Houston Medical Center Lobby Area. After working there she went to Trudy’s Hallmark until she was unable to drive at night. Judy was very active in her childrens lives Judy was very active with Charles business and also her very own business. Judy enjoyed taking trips to Las Vegas to go Gambling at Jack Binnons matter of fact she knew Jack him self and she let everyone know that. She also joyed going to Atlanta to see family. Judy passed away unexpectedly on Monday March 29th,2021 at her home in Spring. She was preceded in death by her husband Charles Edward Helmer, Son Michael Allen Helmer, parents Elmer Mason & Mary Belle Williams; her parents-in-law Clarence and Julie Helmer, her brother Gerald Mason Williams and niece Cindy Goerlitz, She was also proceed in death by 3 brother-in-laws and 2 sister in laws as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Judy was survived by her Daughter Michelle Helmer from Rougue River Oregon, Son Dennis and Wife Pam Helmer of Cleveland, Texas. She was also survived by one brother James (Jim) Elmer and Wife Brenda Williams of Atlanta Texas. She was also survived by Sister-in-law Shirley (Helmer) Goerlitz and her husband Harley Goerlitz of Giddings, Brother in law William and his wife Becky Helmer of Spring. She had 4 grandchildren Daniel and wife Holly Helmer of Houston, Charity (Helmer) Goto and James Goto of Houston Hope(Helmer) Mittelstedt and Husband Scott Mittelstedt of Claremore Oklahoma, Nicki (Helmer) Carr and husband Darren Carr of Del Rio , Texas also had lots of nieces, nephews and cousins to many to count.

Judy Sister and Aunt Dude was one of kind. She loved to talk on the phone. I don’t ever remember a short phone call or a recorded message.
