Mary, Alice, and Family I am so sorry for your loss. Mary I will always remember the times we talked about your Mother. From knowing you and Alice, I know your Mother was a very kind and pleasant person. I pray GOD will give you and your family peace and comfort during your time of need. May all that you shared with your Mother bring you peace in your time of sadness.

Aunt Katie, as I remember, was one of the nicest person. She enjoyed life and you could tell by the smile she had. She was always happy, fun, loved her family and everyone else that she came in contact with. My deceased husband, her nephew Richard Garcia, loved her and Uncle Joe so much that when we had our two boys he wanted them as godparents. I remember Richard once said they were the most loving couple and they treated him and his brother Jesse like their own. I will never forget Aunt Katie's smile and the love she gave us. We love you! I've had the good fortune to work with daughter Mary for many years at UHD, and to get to know many of the family members. It was always clear to me how central Mom/Katie was to this big, loving family. There is no greater blessing than to have wonderful parents - maybe most especially a wonderful mother. As you mourn this loss, remember how blessed you were to have her. Wishing peace and comfort to all the family.

To my loving family... may God wrap you in his loving arms and bring you peace and courage through this journey. It is not easy losing a parent. Remain strong in knowing that she lives in you and through you and honor her by being the best you can be. I loved my Sister-In-Law dearly from the time I met her when I was a little girl. She motivated me, consoled me and most of all loved me. I miss her more than words can say and I see her in all her loved ones. May you Rest in Peace Katie.
