

Kelli attended Rose State College in Midwest City, OK, where she was on the honor roll her final year. She attended police academy training to become an Oklahoma Police officer and later went on to become a trained Pinkerton Security Guard. She worked several years as chief security officer for Seagate Electronics in Oklahoma City, OK.
Kelli loved spending time with 10 year old daughter, Angel and also kept good telephone contact with daughter Kayla. She was a homemaker who enjoyed girl scouts and was an active member of Spring Branch Presbyterian Church. Kelli also loved bowling; she made state championship finals as a teenager in Oklahoma City and last summer, coached bowling at Del Mar Bowling Alley in Houston.
Kelli is survived by her husband, George R. Parra; daughter, Angel Jeane Parra; daughter, Kayla O'Neal and son, John O'Neal from her previous marriage. Kellie's only other relative was her brother who died last year in Oklahoma City, OK.
A celebration of Kelli’s life was held at 2:30 p.m. in the sanctuary of Spring Branch Presbyterian Church, 1215 Campbell Road in Houston, Texas.
