Mr. Kendrick Dondray Reynolds

On May 1, 1978 in Houston, TX the great Beverly and Clyde were blessed by Almighty God with a son. They named him Kendrick Donray Reynolds. He was a devoted son to his mother and father until his death. Kendrick was a born-again believer and was baptized at Greater St. Matthew Baptist Church on Jutland.

A Time To Plant

Being a product of Willoridge High School and graduating on May 25, 1996, Kendrick furthered his education going into Computer Science. While completing his studies at ITT Technical Institute, in which he graduated and received his Associate of Applied Science Degree in Information Technology-Computer Network Systems, he worked part time at various places. Kendrick enjoyed many hobbies, but most of all he loved to bowl, play basketball, embrace family, spread love, help others and spread the word of God.

A Time To Embrace

Kendrick and Jessica were blessed by the arrival of a bouncing baby boy on December 14, 2005 who they affectionately named Daniel Lee Reynolds. Through Daniel’s formative years, they spent precious time as he coached him in basketball and provided life-long lessons along the way such as how to be man when you are right or wrong. Daniel will forever remember and use those life lessons and love with every ounce of his being.

A Time To Sow…

Kendrick Reynolds was a part-time worker at Flour Daniels while attending ITT Tech. When he graduated from ITT Tech in 2005, he moved on to a top law firm named Fulbright & Jaworski LLP. He became the Senior Helpdesk Specialist dealing with support for hardware and software applications. Making progress and moving forward, he moved to another top law firm named Lanier Law Firm LLP where he became the Senior Desktop Analyst providing desktop support for all local and remote offices dealing with the law-firm’s creating and imaging software. Then he bettered himself by becoming a part of the Desktop Support Team at Hilliday, Fenoglio & Fowler LP, where he was responsible for the shutdown of main servers at companies. Making even more progress in his career, he became the Senior IT Analyst at Trans Canada/CPG Natural Gas, touring the world creating software, updating and jumpstarting companies across the world. This led to his most recent position of IT Field Support Executive at American Eagle Tankers in Houston specializing in telecommunications and networking. He was also responsible for the IT Systems installing and configuring, in the Brazil office. He loved his career. Through his time, he showed his confidence, professionalism and the ability to motivate and lead others to be successful, while maintaining a positive attitude throughout it all. During his spare time he coached a kids’ basketball league with Heads Up Houston, through the church, also with his son Daniel. God gave Kendrick Reynolds the gift to help others and children through faith and his career.

A Time To Die

Kendrick Reynolds exemplified courage, strength and a deep concern for all of his family and close friends. He entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, August 17, 2021. He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, grandparents, aunts, uncles and brother. He leaves to treasure his memory, life and legacy, his mother Beverly (Arthur), father Clyde (Beverly), son Daniel (mother Jessica) and brothers Vashon (Nicolette), Micheal(Cassandra) and Elton.
