Kenneth C. Vance

Passed away on June 7, 2014

Kenny was preceded in death by his mother Nell Vance, his grandparents Herman & Bobbie Pou, his uncle Rex Garrett, his nephew Larry Vance Jr. also known as “Bubba”, and sister-in-law Mary Vance.

Kenny leaves behind his wife of over 29 years, Barbara Vance. He is also survived by his “four-legged” family – Ally, Sabrina, Pepe, Tinka, Sylvester, and Candy. His father-in-law Frank Wisniewski & wife Gail and his mother-in-law Mary Wisniewski. His sister-in-law Wanda Matthews & her husband Robert, and brother-in-law Frank Wisniewski III & his wife Neysha.

He leaves behind his four brothers; Larry & wife Carrie, Terry & wife Rosemary, Jerry Lynne & wife Pam, and David & wife Terry, his only sister Janice Sipe, and aunt Carol Garrett.

He leaves behind a host of nephews and nieces and many friends.

Kenny was an electrician for HISD for over 26 years.

He and his wife were involved in animal rescue and fostered many dogs through the years. He loved each and every one as if they were his own.
