Lana Lee Elliott Moore

LANA LEE ELLIOTT MOORE, beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister passed away on July 29, 2012. She was born February 22, 1943(that’s 39 in Lana years) in Houston Texas to loving parents William Howard and Edna Evelyn Elliott, who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her husband of 31 years, James Henry Moore and beloved furry children Duchess and Shiloh. She leaves to cherish her memory, daughters Deborah Moore, Sharon and sons-in-law John Walsh, Jamie and Robert Perkins; son and daughter-in-law Jeff and Laura Moore; grandchildren; Christin Moore, Jonathan Rouse and wife Kayla, Raymond Barnd, Briana Moore and Chelsea Moore; great grandchildren; Kara Kaye; brothers and sisters-in-law Bill and Vicki Elliott, John and Cathy Elliott, and Tim and Debbie Elliott; aunts Carolyn McDavid and Mary Crawford; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of other loving family and friends. She was a lifelong Methodist, Lana served God and her community by running the Food Pantry at Fulbright United Methodist Church for over 10 years, she was also a member of United Methodist Woman. Visitation will be from 5:00-8:00pm, Wednesday, August 1st and a memorial celebration of her life will be held on Thursday, August 2nd at 10:00am at Earthman
