Larry Dennis was born on March 27, 1957, to Ida Mae Dennis and Charles Shepherd. From a young age, Larry was full of life and energy—known for his love of trucks, his deep appreciation for music, and his ability to do a little bit of everything. He was truly an all-around man.
Larry attended Forest Brook High School, where he began building his foundation.
His fascination with trucks led him to begin driving locally. Whether he was behind the wheel or under the hood, Larry approached his work with pride, dedication, and skill.
Larry was known for his deep love of music. Whether he was playing his favorite songs, sharing them with others, or simply enjoying them during quiet moments, music was a constant rhythm in his life and a true source of joy.
On May 4, 1979, Larry married Wendy Lee, and from their union came three beloved children.
Larry was preceded in death by his loving wife Wendy Dennis, his mother Ida Mae Dennis, and his father Charles Shepherd.
