Leah was born in Austin TX to Leon George Hoppe and Mildred Ott Hoppe. Surviving are her children Roland Fred DuBose (Deanna), of Belleville IL, Charlotte Ruth Wooten (Glenn) of Conroe TX, and Mark Daniel DuBose (Robbie) of Houston, TX. Also a sister, Marla Mitvalsky (John) of Meritt Island, FL. Several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Leah enjoyed her childhood days playing with her brother Ronald in the hills and campus of The University of Arkansas. She also enjoyed getting together for family outings on Lake Livingston for many years. She was a big Houston sports fan, especially of the Astros and Oilers back in the Luv Ya Blue days. She is to be laid to rest next to her first grandchild, Donnie, the son of her daughter Charlotte.
