Leland Edwin “Eddie” Vance, 86, passed away September 11, 2014 in Spring, TX. His career spanned many years in the grocery business in Houston. Eddie is preceded in death by his parents, Willard & Fleta Mae Vance; brother, Jimmy Mitchell; mother of his sons, Lucy Vance; son, Terry; sisters, Wanda Cooper, Patsy Rock and Patricia Parker. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife, Rosie Vance; daughter, Robin Drummond & husband Heath; son, Larry; sister, Helen Fette; brothers, J.D. Vance and Ronnie Vance; grandchildren, Tason Vance, Arriana & Daniel Austin and many loving relatives and friends. Visitation will be 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Sunday at Earthman Resthaven Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be at 10:00 am on Monday, September 15, 2014 at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Earthman Resthaven Cemetery with Heath Drummond, Joe Cilny, Bill Fette, Joe Fette, Robert Fette, Kenny Guidry, Greg Oetker and Roy Higgins serving as Pallbearers.
