Leon J. McDonald, age 77, passed away Thursday, May 3, 2012. He served in the U.S. Army. Preceded in death by his Parents, Riss “Red” McDonald and Mildred Tackett and also his Brother, Jack McDonald. Survived by his Wife of 56 years, Mona McDonald. Daughter, Janet Eason; Sons, Gary McDonald and wife Carol; Russell McDonald and wife Kathy; Donnie McDonald; Daughter, Julie Pyle and husband Steve; Son, Kenneth McDonald and wife Delores; 10 Grandchildren; 5 Great-grandchildren; Sister-in-law, Joyce McDonald; Brothers, Alvin McDonald and Riss “Tinker” McDonald and wife Betty; Brother-in-law, Donald Huckleberry and wife Ruth; Numerous nieces and nephews; and many other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Sunday, May 6, 2012 at Earthman Resthaven Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be 2:30 p.m., Monday, May 7, 2012 at Earthman Resthaven Chapel with Interment to follow at Earthman Resthaven Cemetery.
