Leonard was a graduate of Travis High School and attended Concordia University, he retired after a long career with Coastal Corporation.
Survived by his nephews, John Buaas, Wichita, KS and Paul Buaas, Mt. View, CA; grandnieces, Camille and Genievie Buaas; longtime friends, Chuck McWilliams and Arturo Ovalle and special companions Paco and Angel.
A memorial service celebrating Leonard will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, March 5, 2011 at Waltrip Funeral Directors.
