

Leonor Vasquez Imhoff, 94, of Cibolo, Texas, passed away on April 27, 2023. Leonor was born to Jose Marcelino Vasquez and Seferina Habitud, on October 1, 1928, in Houston, Texas, but she lived her adult life in Corpus Christi, Texas where she raised 6 children. She received a Vocational Nursing Degree from Del Mar College in 1982.
She is survived by: Linda D. Garcia, (daughter), Maria Elena Garcia, (daughter), Jacqueline Garcia, (daughter), Paul (Elisa) Garcia, (son), Ralph F. Vasquez, (brother), Blanche V. Terry, (sister), and Angelina Basquez, (sister). She also leaves to cherish her memory, 14 grandchildren, 40 great-grandchildren, 31 great-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by Edwin D. Imhoff, (husband), Juan Garcia, (son), David Fermin Garcia, (son), Juan F. Garcia, (ex-husband), Jose Marcelino Vasquez, (father), Seferina Habitud, (mother), Humberto Vasquez, (brother), Maria V. Rodriguez, (sister), Federico H. Vasquez, (brother), Rudy A. Vasquez, (brother), Lillie V. Prochazka, (sister), Antonio Vasquez, (brother), and Frank H. Vasquez, (brother). Leonor worked as a nurse for Spohn Hospital before retiring to travel the world. Traveling was her passion and she loved spending time with her family. She was also actively involved in different charities within her church community.
A visitation is scheduled for Sunday, May 7th, from 5:00 to 9:00 pm at Forest Park Lawndale. A funeral mass will be Monday, May 8th, at 10:00 am at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, with the burial to follow at 12:00 pm at Forest Park Lawndale.
