Leslie Craft, Sr. passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 15, 2016 at his residence with his wife. Leslie was born April 25, 1941 to his parents Leslie Craft and Sadie Rose McLawhorn in Greensville, North Carolina. He moved to Houston, Texas in 1955. He started working at Admiral Linen when he was sixteen as a mechanic helper and went on to own the company where he retired only two years ago.
More than anything Leslie was the most hardworking respectable loving man. He loved his family very much and he filled our hearts with his overpowering love. His love for music and his favorite songs and sayings will continue on in our hearts and minds forever.
Leslie is survived by his wife, Angie Craft of 30 years; son, Leslie Craft Jr. and wife Lisa of Kemah, TX; daughter, Mary Trimble Collins and husband Ken of Houston, TX; brothers: Tommy Craft and wife Brenda of Houston, TX, Frank Craft and wife Sharon of Greenville, North Carolina; grandchildren: Lauren Craft, Lane Craft, Landon Craft, Elizabeth Collins, Kelly Collins, and nieces.
Final Interment will take place during a private service at Forest Park Lawndale.
