Condolences and Prayers go out to The Davis Family.
Mrs. Davis had such a Sweet Spirit and a very Giving Heart ❤.
I met Mrs. Davis through my sister, Dee Smith. Mrs. Davis welcomed me into her home, whenever we made our Houston trips. Her Kindness was beyond measure. She was so attentive in making sure, I had all that I needed.
I would enjoy our conversations, while she sat in her chair, or at the table, watching CNN😊.
I felt so honored in knowing & spending time with Mrs. Davis, she truly was a Jewel.. Thank you Mrs. Davis for being a part of my life. I will miss the cards, letters, and phone calls, but I will forever cherish the memories..
Rest well now Mrs. Davis, and enjoy your Heavenly Home!
May God Strengthen & Comfort her Family during this time.

To Virginia and the Davis' family,
I am praying today and going forth that God comfort you and show his grace toward you and family. I have been friends with Virginia and the family for over forty years and I consider Virginia as a sister to me.
Mrs. Davis was a wonderful and kind person. I spent an abundant amount of time with this family and felt loved by Mr. and Mrs. Davis, Thad and James Barnard. God will see Mrs. Davis' family through life's journey.

My condolences to the Davis Family and friends. I will always have fond memories of my friend!
Mrs. Davis was my best friend (BFF)! I had the pleasure of knowing her for 36 years!
Mrs. Davis always gave sound advice. I recalled her advice when I purchased my first home. She reminded me to stay out of Foley's (oh well, no more Red Apple sales for me!) and wait before buying a car.
I will never forget her laughter, wisdom, and her love for her family! We would talk for hours about her love for God, church, cooking, great restaurants, and home interior decorating.
When I left Houston in 2008, the miles never severed our friendship. She always had time to talk on the phone, and above all, she took time to listen!
Good friends are hard to find, harder to leave, and impossible to forget! So long my friend, until we meet again!
