Linda was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Leon John Huggins, Jr.; her brother, Michael Louis Ruggeri; and her parents.
Linda's kindness, faith, and loving spirit will be deeply missed and forever remembered by those whose lives she touched. She created a warm and welcoming home where family and friends felt welcomed, loved and appreciated.
Linda believed in living life to the fullest and found great joy in helping others. She spent countless hours crocheting blankets for residents of local senior homes, sharing comfort and care through her handiwork. She prayed daily for strength and approached life with grace, compassion, and resilience.
Those who knew Linda will remember her warmth, kindness, and generous spirit. Her gentle nature and caring heart touched the lives of many and will be fondly remembered by all who knew her.
Linda is survived by her sister, Kathy Jo Hessberger, and husband, James Scott Hessberger, Jr.; her daughter, Vicki Martin, and husband, Lance Martin; her grandson, Ridge Martin; her niece, Melissa Culp, and husband, Joseph Culp; and her great-nieces and great-nephew, Zoie, Joseph, and Trinity Culp. She also leaves behind many extended family members and dear friends who will cherish the memories they shared with her.
A funeral service will be held at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home in Houston, Texas, with entombment to follow.
