Lois O. Barrett

Lois Odessa Lesser Barrett, beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and aunt, was born on July 19,1920 to Minnie Lou Harding Lesser & Fred Enoch Lesser, Sr. in Phelps, TX. She passed away August 12,2017 in Pearland, TX. Lois married Harry Esmond Barrett, Jr. on December 16, 1939. She was a member of Sagemont Church in Houston, TX. She is predeceased by her parents; brothers, Fred Ernest Lesser, Jr. & Joe Robert Lesser, Sr.; her husband and a grandson, Trent Parlier. She is survived by and will be missed, by her children, Harry Esmond Barrett III and Lois Victoria Barrett Parlier; grandchildren, Rick Barrett & wife Tracy of Cypress, TX, Dave Barrett & wife Lynn of Pearland, TX, & Keith Parlier of Hampton, GA.; great-grandchildren, Carissa, Sierra, Chloe & Jagger Barrett. Also cherishing her memory are her nieces & nephew: Nancy Byrd, Mary Lois Lesser, Joe Robert Lesser. Jr. & Donna Lesser.

Special thanks to Cecil Barcelo at Tuscany Viliage Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Home in Pearland,TX & to all the wonderful Doctors. Nurses, CNA's, Physical Therapists, & all the Staff for their loving care during her almost five years there. Thanks to all her friends & their family members for their love & care, that she knew & loved while there. Plus she greatly appreciated all the wonderful visitors that came to see her during her extended stay there. She had her family & many friends here that she loved & appreciated. Thanks to Sagemont Church, it's Pastors, Ministers & all others for all their prayers, love & concern shown to her & to her family.
