Lonnie Paul Pennington, age 58, passed away Thursday, September 12, 2013 in Galveston, Texas. Born in Houston, Texas, Paul was a very strong, witty, loving, great man. He was preceded in death by his father, David Pennington, mother, Katherine Pennington, and brother, Larry Pennington. Survived by his pride and joy, daughter, Katie Pennington; sons, Jeremy, Abe, and Robert; beloved pet, Cisco; sister, Laurie Likos and husband Michael; nieces, Jennifer Gilliam and husband Mark, Deana Mohr and husband Marty, and Lauren Hill and partner Melissa Heath; and many other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Sunday, September 15, 2013 at Earthman Resthaven Funeral Home. The Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be 10:00 a.m., Monday, September 16, 2013 in the Chapel of Earthman Resthaven. Interment will follow at Earthman Resthaven Cemetery.
