He was born in Tarrytown, NY on
December 3rd, 1971 to Sidney and Rosa
Alten. Louis was a graduate of the
University of Houston with a
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
and became a self-employed software consultant
in the energy industry.
He is survived by his wife of 8 years,
Michele, and their three children,
Vivienne, Chloe, and Sidney; as well as
his mother Rosa (Alten) Ovalles and his
siblings David, Rosalena, Osvaldo, Rosslinett
and Lilivette.
He was preceded in death by his father, Sidney Alten.
