Louis Pedraza

Louis was born to Arturo and Minnie, February 18th,1930, in Houston, Texas. He graduated from Texas City High School in 1948. He married Bertilia ( Birdie) in 1955, and they lived together in Houston, Texas. Together they raised 3 children.

His wife (Birdie) passed away September 2020: He also leaves to cherish his memory 1 sister Marie Coons.

He is survived by Rita Hillen, (Daughter), Diane Messimer, (Daughter), Pam Holak (Step Daughter) and Ricky Pedraza, (Son).

Great Grandchild Tyler Mayer. Grand Children: Tara Cook, Aaron Varnum, Lynsie Reese, Desie Horgan, Rickie Pedraza, Bethanie Pedraza and Skylar Holak, Kyla Cormier, Jake Townsend. Great Grand Children: Cody Pedraza, Colton and Caleb Horgan, Ellory Comier, Penelope Cook, Jackson Varnum, Max and Abigail McDogal, Nash and Van Reese.

Louis worked as a Analysis for Southern Pacific for 45 years. He  enjoyed  playing cards, and he loved to garden, he did have a green thumb. He was also actively involved in his grand children's lives and was a true family man.

A Funeral is scheduled for December 18th, 10am-2pm at Forest Park Lawndale. A reception will follow at Chapel of Angels. The family requests that donations be made to Alzheimer’s Association at act.alz.org>donate The family would also like to thank Everyone for Coming.
