She was one of the founding teachers at St. Francis Episcopal Day School in Houston for 16 years. She was a wonderful mother, grandparent and finally great-grandparent.
Lucille is survived by her 3 children Candy, Cindy, and Bruce. She had 3 grandkids Todd Simons, Nick Barron, and Jaime Dillion. She also had 3 great-grandkids Cameron Barron, Hunter Simons, and Brook Simons.
A short memorial service to be held by Candy Simons, Cindy Dillion and Bruce Barron, will be begin at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 4th at Waltrip Funeral Directors, 1415 Campbell Road in Houston. Following the service, everyone will gather for a luncheon buffet at Los Tios, 14006 Memorial Drive (Kirkwood) 77079, (281) 493-4700.
