She was preceded in death by her parents John and Mamie Lewis.
She is survived by her sisters Linda Angel, Judy Lackey, Patty Dorr and brother-in-law Greg Dorr. She is also survived by her nieces Tina Angel and Kelly Williams. Nephews Michael Angel, Lee Lackey and Daniel Lackey. A host of great nieces and nephews.
Carolyn is also survived by her longtime companion Jimmy Ruffino.
Carolyn retired from AT&T in 2019 after 55 years of service. She loved reading, fishing and vacationing at the beach.
A graveside service will be held at Forest park Lawndale on Friday June 19th at 11:00am
