I met Marcela at Bisel Hearing when I became the Mail Carrier. She was always smiling. She always had an encouraging word to say to me. Dr. Bisel, Marcela and Helen were so very nice to me. If I needed anything, they were there for me. The office always had a loving and caring environment. I always liked going there because of this. I will miss her and seeing her smile. I will be praying for the family. May God bless and keep the family during this time of need,

As Chris Bisel mentioned, Marcela worked for 31 years and I was one of her customers and with The Bisels even before Marcela came! She was always very perceptive and outstanding at helping me hear better! Sue, my wife and I very much enjoyed not only her professional skills but her always pleasant attitude! She was always great at services and follow up on details! We will really miss her as a professional and as a friend! Sue and Gayle Johnson

Marcela was like a second Mom to me. I had the pleasure of working with her for 31 years. She loved her work almost as much as her family. She is very much a member of my family and will will be deeply missed by many.
