Margaret Pearl Bosche passed away peacefully on February 27, 2013 at age 96. She was born November 24, 1916 in Austin and moved to Houston with her family as a child. Margaret married William Bosche in 1936; they lived briefly in Kansas and Florida during William’s service in the Air Force during World War II, and resided in Houston after that. Margaret was a godly woman, and was a long-time member of several Churches of the Nazarene in Houston, including the Central Park, Bellfort, Sun Valley, Bellaire and Spring Branch churches, where she attended as long as she was able. Her life exemplified a consistent spirit of caring and giving to her family and friends. Margaret was a devoted wife to William for 55 years. She loved children, everyone’s children. No title on Earth was more revered nor any sound more beautiful or sweet to her than the words “Mother” and “MawMaw.” She gave her whole heart to being the best mother she could be to her two sons. She treasured being their mother, and lived her life to try to make theirs better. Margaret was as close to being the perfect grandmother as anyone could be. She truly had time for each of her three grandchildren. Margaret is survived by her sister, Doris Barfield; sons, Kirk Bosché and wife Cindy, and Russell Keith Bosche; grandchildren, Cathy Jacobs and husband Jeff, Steven Bosché and wife Julie, and Ken Bosché; five great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, William; her parents, John and Venie Kirk; and six brothers and sisters. Visitation will be held at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday, March 3rd, with funeral services in the Forest Park Main Chapel at 1 p.m. on Monday, March 4th, followed by interment at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery.
