Maria Alicia Dunlap, age 66, passed away Tuesday, July 30, 2013. She was a native Houstonian, and a retired Post Master. She was preceded in death by her parents, Cecilio and Estela Solis. Survived by son, Scott B. Dunlap; daughter, Nicole Soto and husband Alvaro; grandson, Judah C. Dunlap; granddaughter, Desiree K. Dunlap; sisters, Lina Hooker and husband Mack, and Esmeralda Vaughn; niece, Lisa Carpenter and husband Paul; great-niece, Cecilia Carpenter; and other relatives. The Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held 2:30 p.m., Saturday, August 10, 2013 in the Chapel of Earthman Resthaven.
