Maria De La Luz Rodriguez

Maria was a very loving person enjoying and giving of her time without hesitation to her family whom she loved with all her heart. She will be greatly missed by everyone who knew her.

Maria is preceded in death by her parents and siblings. Maria is survived by her children; Jesus De La Cerda and Rosalinda Loredo, her beautiful grandchildren; Jesus De La Cerda, (Violetta), Edwardo De La Cerda (Deiny), Joshua De La Cerda, Veronica Loredo, Monica Loredo (Jorge), Dagoberto Loredo, Jose Loredo, Jr. (Christian), and Ruben Loredo and even more precious great-grandchildren; Olivia Ramirez, Mia Ramirez, Beatrice Loredo, Isabella De La Cerda, Brianna Ramirez, Vivian Ramirez, Paul A Ramirez, Maximo De La Cerda, Leia De La Cerda, Nicolas Estrada,Zion Loredo, Victoria Estrada Loredo, and Johan De La Cerda.

Family will be receiving friends on Thursday, August 8, 2019 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home, 6900 Lawndale St, Houston, Texas 77023. A rosary service will begin at 7:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 9, 2019 at 1:00 PM with a committal service following in the Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery.
